Among those remembered is Jacqueline (Jackie) Daulton, who passed away peacefully at Lincoln County Hospital on April 24, 2026, at the age of 89. Jackie was a caring and loving mother to John and Sarah, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her funeral service is scheduled for May 22, 2026, at Lincoln Crematorium, where family flowers will be accepted, and donations are yet to be confirmed.
Another cherished member of the community, Steven Arthur Bell, passed away at home on April 28, 2026, at the age of 69. He was a beloved husband to Yasmin and a much-loved father to Kirk. Steven’s wishes were to forgo a funeral service, but donations can be made to St Barnabas Hospice in his memory.
Derick Bend, aged 78, sadly passed away at home on April 9, 2026. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, leaving behind a large family who will miss him dearly. His funeral service is set for May 18, 2026, at Lincoln Crematorium, with donations going to Mesothelioma (EMAST) accepted on the day.
The community also mourns the loss of Charlie Bulmer, who tragically passed away on April 25, 2026, at just 30 years old. Charlie was a loving brother, uncle, and friend, and a service to celebrate his life will take place on May 21, 2026, at Grimsby Crematorium. Lastly, April Joan Butcher passed away peacefully on April 19, 2026, at the age of 97. A beloved mother and grandmother, Joan’s funeral service will be held at Scraptoft Natural Burial Ground on May 12, 2026. Attendees are encouraged to wear something simple, as black is optional.
